Description

We are experts in the field of customer support, tailored for the iGaming industry. We are searching for a Norwegian Customer Support Agent to be part of our team in any city in Spain! You will be providing customer support to our clients in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities
  • Help and communicate with our customers via e-mail and live chat
  • Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical, or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department
  • Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office
  • Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the Customer Support and iGaming industry is an advantage
  • Native in Norwegian– both verbal and written, is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player, with an initiative to work independently
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Flexible when it comes to working hours
